Public Tasting Schedule The public tasting session will take place on Saturday, July 19, from 4 pm to 8 pm in Parc International in downtown Lafayette. VIP tastings will begin at 3pm. Attending the Festival All participating breweries will be arranged throughout Parc International. Before the event

During the event
| 1. Event begins at 3 p.m. and will conclude at 8 p.m. Doors will open at 3 p.m. and VIP tasting begins. Tasting Tickets (general admission) begins at 4 p.m. | | 2. Every guest will be required to show ID at the entry tent. No one under 21 is allowed to enter the festival grounds. | | 3. Live music will be performed throughout the event. | | 4. Additional draft beer and food will be sold during the event. |
You will be provided with | 1. Booth space - 6’ table with a bar riser and 8’ depth | | 2. 3.5 oz sample glasses | | 3. Basic tasting booth signage (additional signage is encouraged, see the 1st Annual Beautiful Booth Award listing below) | | 4. Ice (please bring your own ice chest or keg container from which to serve samples). If you submit draft beer to the tasting, kegs should be tapped at the back of your booth space. Bottles and cans should be iced in tubs and placed on a table at the front of your booth. | | 5. Volunteers to assist with pouring samples | | 6. Trash can with liner (will be monitored for you during the event) | | 7. Lunch will be provided to each brewery, please list the number of attendees on your registration form | | 8. Power outlets – these outlets are limited. Please note on your registration form if you have power needs above and beyond 2-110 volt outlets. |
Guidelines for Serving Beer Festival attendees receive a Brew Book when they enter the festival, listing the breweries participating and the brews they will offer. We expect approximately 1,500-2,000 people to attend the beer tasting. You, your brewery representative or one of our knowledgeable volunteers will pour three-ounce servings and answer questions. We strongly encourage all participating breweries to staff your booth at all times, as many of the festival attendees like to talk to the brewer. We will provide volunteers to pour beer at your booth. We require breweries utilizing volunteer beer pourers to send an information sheet with a description on each of your beers so that volunteers can be knowledgeable about the beers they are pouring and answer questions if you are not at the booth. IMPORTANT NOTES | 1. Servings shall not exceed three ounces. Consumers, brewers and volunteers may not have more than one ounce of beer in their glasses at a time. | | 2. Brewery representatives and volunteers will not serve any customer who appears intoxicated. Alert Gulf Brew staff or security personnel if anyone appears intoxicated. |

Brewery Representatives and Badges With brewery registration, each brewery may designate up to four representatives (depending on the number of beers entered) who may promote and distribute its products at the brewery booth. Additional attendees may purchase tickets in advance or at the door for $15 each. Merchandise Breweries are invited to purchase booth space at the discounted price of $75 (half off) per booth to sell merchandise. Email Rose for a booth registration form and merchandise approval. 1st Annual Beautiful Booth Award Gulf Brew invites all breweries to decorate their booth and win a prize for the brewery booth with the most festival flair. We ask breweries to turn on their festive spirit and craft the most creative booth in the Parc. The booth with most Festival Flair will be awarded a plaque at the awards ceremony and all brewery attendees will receive free Gulf Brew t-shirts!
